We're glad your glasses have found their way to you!
Below are a few things to know about your glasses and/or contacts.
For Glasses:
- If your glasses are not adjusted properly to your face and you would like them to be adjusted professionally by our well-trained opticians, then come to Wentz and Woodrich Eyecare for an adjustment, no appointment needed.
- You have a one year, one-time warranty on lenses and frames. That means if your glasses scratch or if your frame breaks within 1 year of receiving them, you can bring them in and we can get you your warranty frame or lenses!
- If you feel like your prescription needs to be modified, you have 60 days to make a change to your prescription free of charge.
For Contacts:
- DO NOT SLEEP IN YOUR CONTACTS!
- WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE HANDLING YOUR CONTACTS.
- Daily contact lenses should be worn for one day and then disposed.
- Monthly contact lenses should be taken out every night and placed in your case with fresh new solution. Monthly contacts should be worn for, you guessed it, one month and then disposed.
- Preferred solution: Bio True, Opti Free
- Rigid Gas Permeable lenses have a 90 warranty. If your Gas Permeable lenses are not fitting comfortably, return to the office for the doctor to assess the fit. You will need to schedule an appointment for this. The preferred solution for Rigid Gas Permeable is the two-in-one Boston Advanced.
